I am Marilyn Parker, a lifelong resident of Louisville, Kentucky. I am not a politician. I am a concerned mother of two teenagers. I am a Trauma ICU nurse at our regional trauma center. For over 20 years my husband and I have owned two small businesses. We understand what it takes to make payroll, provide benefits,  prevent lay offs and make sound decisions in a tough economy. I have been an outspoken political activist and Republican candidate that understands the time tested value of conservative principles, the values that in the recent past we seemingly have forgotten. True conservatives are now in a desperate battle to preserve our freedoms, our liberties, and our economy. Thank you for visiting my official webpage. I strongly hold that the policies for which Mr. Yarmuth stands, do not represent the majority view in our community which are, spending ourselves into enormous debt, larger and more centralized government which leads to corruption, and less decision-making power for the people.

I believe our country is at a crossroads: If we do not  boldly assert the freedoms we have enjoyed for over 200 years, we stand to lose them--and with them, everything for which generations of Americans have worked to create and sustain.
